For 29 years Matthew Perry touched the lives of so many people. Matthew was born with Cerebral Palsy and without the ability to verbally communicate. However, that did not stop him from enjoying his life and changing the lives of those around him. Without Matthew, the Mission, Vision, and Values of LifeStream as a whole would not exist today. As a result, LifeStream has the opportunity to continue to carry out the legacy of Matthew's purpose in life, and that's to open doors of opportunity for others with disabilities within the community, family, friends, and most important the ability to earn a living through employment and achieving independence to the fullest extent possible.
